Frank "Sandy" Rief III
Frank “Sandy” Rief III is an attorney with Allen Dell in Tampa, Fla. He practices in Trusts, Estates and Family Services. Sandy received his B.A. from Wake Forest University, 1966; J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, 1969; and LL.M. in Taxation, New York University, 1971. His areas of practice are: Estates and Trusts Planning and Administration, Charitable Planning and Charitable Trusts, Foundations and Other Exempt Organizations, Life Insurance and Annuity Planning and Analysis, and Asset Protection Planning. He has made presentations on these practice areas to over 150 bar association and continuing legal education programs in Florida and around the US. He has received awards and recognition from Super Lawyers 2007-2014, The Best Lawyers in America 2009-2014, the 2001 Red Cross Legacy Award and the 2014 University of South Florida Class of ’56 Award. He is a Life Member of the American Law Institute, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, the University of South Florida Foundation and the Frank E.
